Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome). For those looking for tranquillity and being close to the centre of Vilamoura. Next to the Tennis Padel Academy.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

Do not exceed the allowed occupancy limit: up to 5 guests (children included)

It is not allowed to leave garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation, without entitlement to a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.



SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.
