Quinta das Laranjeiras is located in the site of Lameiras, just 5 minutes from Lagoa city and 10 minutes from Parai do Carvoeiro. The recently opened 18-hole Silves golf course belonging to the Pestana Group is located within walking distance.

This spacious house is well-equipped and has a large, beautiful garden with bougainvillea and grass, as well as many orange and lemon trees. Hidden in the heart of the citrus-growing countryside, yet at a very short distance from the coast, Casa das Laranjeiras lives up to its name through the expanse of beautiful orange trees surrounding it.

Quinta das Laranjeiras through its beautiful gardens, which offer total privacy and isolation, is a great opportunity for a truly wonderful holiday. Enjoy a drink on the poolside terrace or a cooked meal on the large barbecue located near the pool area which has direct access from the kitchen, making it practical for alfresco dining. The property is fenced and accessed through a large iron gate to preserve the safety of children and the whole family.

One of the nearest towns is the village of Porches, known for its variety of potteries - some modern and elegant, some more traditional. This pretty village is a small local community but we can find all the necessary utilities: it has several restaurants, cafes, a small local supermarket, bank (with ATM), pharmacy, etc.

The largest and most touristic locality is the village of Carvoeiro, located just 10 minutes away. It is a seaside village where we can find beautiful beaches, an abundance of bars, cafes, restaurants and a relaxing, relaxed and very familiar atmosphere. Quinta das Laranjeiras is well located for absolute privacy, yet within easy reach of shops, golf courses, water parks, beaches and restaurants.

The accommodation starts with a spacious entrance hall leading to a living / dining room with comfortable seating around the fireplace. It has satellite TV, CD player, DVD and air conditioning. The living / dining room has two large windows that lead us to an adjoining terrace with splendid views of the pool and gardens.

The house has four bedrooms + one. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with 2 single beds each sharing a bathroom), and a double bedroom with a private bathroom. On the first floor the house has a bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom with a spa bath, and a living room with a sofa that can accommodate 2 more people. This room / bedroom has terrace access doors (stairs to the garden).

An inviting atmosphere also emanates from the well-equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs) with doors to the covered terrace with barbecue. There is also a pool table next to the BBQ area.

Outside there is a private pool (5m x 12m) and an outdoor shower. Sun loungers are at your disposal to enjoy beautiful sunbathing.
