Welcome to our beach house, leaning against the sea, far from urban confusion and close to nature.
The house is located between the Litoral Norte ecovia and the sea. Access is via the dirt road (Rua Pinhal do Cigano) that leaves the subdivision north of Cepães (Rua da Areia Nova, 41. 5601, -8. 7927) to Lugar da Bouça do Pedro, where you turn towards the sea until a fence of high walls.
The fenced space contains the house, the garden, the pool, the garage, the warehouse the barbecue and two engine rooms. The house consists of living room, kitchen, 1 toilet, 3 double bedrooms and a solarium. Access to the solarium is via the stairs to the solarium room. The solarium room and the middle room have double beds, while the east room has two single beds. The total capacity is 6 people.
In the warehouse there is a door to the sea. The land in front, up to the dunes, also belongs to us so you can cross it at will.
