Master Bedroom A very spacious and comfortable double room with a wardrobe, also facing south and with direct access to a private balcony. The ideal refuge to rest after a day at the beach.

Kitchen Amenities Fully equipped kitchen for holiday chefs (includes dishwasher and washing machine).

PROPERTY RULES

To ensure harmony and preservation of the space, we ask for your cooperation:

SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

REST HOURS: Respect silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

CAPACITY: Maximum of 4 guests (including children).

GROUP PROFILE: Groups under 25 years old are not admitted.

ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed.

EVENTS: Parties or events are not permitted.

FINAL CARE: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (avoiding extra cleaning fees).

Note: Non-compliance with the rules may result in termination of stay without refund.

SAFETY AND FORMALITIES:

•Payment of DAMAGE DEPOSIT (€200) via secure method, refundable up to 14 days after check-out if no damage is identified.

•SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) Mandatory to provide identification of all foreign guests to the property manager

•TOURIST TAX charged to all guests aged 16 and over.
