Inviting and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a private condominium and closed to third party access. The whole area of the building is wheelchair accessible, whether in courtyard areas or even inside buildings equipped with several elevators.
The condominium area is open to access and includes several patios with traditional Portuguese cobblestone flooring, consisting of flower beds built in basalt stone, with ornaments of period / traditional flowers and also a leisure area with a ping pong table. . In addition to the courtyards, we invite you to enjoy the garden area, right by the pool. Our reasonably sized swimming pool is open access, featuring around the solarium area.
We think we have the conditions to have a quiet holiday, either as a couple or even for small families with up to 2 children.
The apartment is a T1, in the living room has a sofa bed suitable for both adults and children, allowing the maximum stay of 4 people, however it is recommended.
The guest house is in the city center, with many restaurants and bars nearby, the Madeira Casino, the emblematic Santa Catarina Park, all within a 2-minute walk.
The nearest Hospital is a 10-minute walk away, while a pharmacy is halfway.
