The house is located in the pine forest, 10 minutes walking from the beach, in an area known as the Oasis of Mindelo. As it is located between the countryside, the pine forest and the sea it allows you to enjoy both the beaches and nice walks through rural areas from the oldest protected area in Portugal, Mindelo's ornithological reserve. Besides, its privilege location allows you to have quick access to Oporto giving you the best opportunity to discover the northern part of Portugal.

The space:
It’s a two floor house surrounded by a big garden that links directly with the pine forest, with the ultimate privacy. The top floor consists of a double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single bedrooms each and one bathroom. On the ground floor you will find the living room that gives access to the garden, the kitchen, a storage room and another bathroom. The background garden converges with the pine forest giving you all the possibilities for you to be relaxed during your stay. Being able to have meals here, completely on open air and surrounded by nature is not only a pleasure but also an opportunity for you to invite your friends.

The surrounding area:
“Casa do Pinheiral” is located in Mindelo, Porto, Portugal.
It’s 1.3 km away from Mindelo beach and close to the fishing village of Vila Chã. It's about 26 km away from Oporto's centre and 16 km from the Airport.
It has quite a close connection with the Oporto Metropolitan Line B, with the nearest station being only 2 km away. If you take the subway, in only 35’ you will enjoy the historical centre of Oporto (Trindade station), the train station (Porto Campanhã station) in 40’ and you can reach Sá Carneiro Airport in only 30’.
If you are able to have a car with you, coming from north or south, it’s 3 km away from A28 (Porto/Viana do Castelo).
