I recently remodeled this apartment to make it as comfortable as possible so that your stay becomes perfect.
The apartment is situated in a very quiet residential area with many services, children's playground, soccer field and tennis court.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, a living room and fully equipped kitchen, but the best part is the balcony that gets sun all day.

The apartment is located 500m from Carcavelos Beach, a fantastic beach for surfing, diving and sunbathing; Carcavelos train station is a 10-minute walk away and a 20-minute train ride along the Tagus River will bring you to central Lisbon or alternatively 10 minutes to the beautiful and charismatic Cascais village. Also 400 meters from the apartment is the new University New School of Bussiness and Economics (SBE)

There are shopping areas and several restaurants nearby; at Carcavelos beach, surf schools have different water sports options; about 15 minutes walk away is the “Ocean” swimming pool with jumping boards where you can spend a fun day and at the end of the day you can snack in the Oeiras Marina where you can find different kinds of restaurants.
