Casa do Moinho is a fantastic house situated in an old village, Ulgueira / Colares, at the foot of Serra de Sintra, in a very quiet area. (AL- Guest accommodation nº 11247)

With private heated pool (8.5 x 4.5), a beautiful garden with outdoor barbecue, conservatory with barbecue, terraces with garden furniture, and a great view of the Coastal Coast between Cabo da Roca and Peniche.

* It is a cozy house with air conditioning, living and dining room with fireplace, kitchen and rooms with panoramic views. Free internet (broadband). The pool will not be heated from October to late March.

2 Km from Cabo da Roca (westernmost point in Europe); 2 Km from the beaches: Adraga, Praia Grande (World Surfing Championships), and Praia das Macas (excellent restaurants with typical Portuguese cuisine).

Just 3 Km from Colares, a region famous for its excellent “ramisco” wine, which can be tasted in the "Colares Regional Winery".
Close to other beautiful white sandy beaches: Praia da Ursa (2 Km, naturist beach near Cabo da Roca), Aguda (4,5 Km), Magoito (6 Km), among others.

10 km away you will find another beautiful beach: “Guincho” on the way to Cascais where the world windsurfing camp is celebrated and recently known for kyte surfing.

Lisbon, the capital, is only 35 km from the “Casa do Moinho” where you can find great historical monuments, theaters, cinema, the well-known theme park “Parque das Nações” where Expo 98 was held, shopping areas, garden zoo and typical Portuguese restaurants where you can taste traditional Portuguese cuisine and listen to the famous "Fado".
