The Marina, city, sothat shops are located nearby and are 5min walk. The apartment as a large sunny SW facing terrace with exceptional views and a large dining table. It overlooks a secluded private garden and pool area with shower and toilet facilities, which are for the exclusive use of apartment is fully air conditioned and independently controlled. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with 2 large bed (160), one with an en-suite bathroom and the second with an adjoining bathroom with shower. Every room is fitted with large cupboards with arrangements. Kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the open plan living area with large double glass doors which open to the large terrace. It comes complete with, wifi, internet and TV, DVD and crisp bed linens sheets and towels. Hot water is managed through solar energy. My representative at the Marina Village will be there to great you upon arrival and where possible to say goodbye at departure.

Additional expenses for heating during the winter period. Rates do not include laundry and cleaning, Price is 50 € for your stay.

50% is paid when booking, The remainining 50% is paid 30 days before the stay.

A 300 € deposit will be requested to you at your arrival and given back to you at your departure.
Dogs or cats are accepted and free of charge.
