• Door codes: to be able to generate your personal door codes it is essential that you send us the mandatory details by Portuguese law (full name, birthday, nationality, ID or passport number), for each guest.
• Extra bed: will only be ready upon previous request with an extra fee of € 10 (you don't pay this fee if your reservation is for three people).
• Breakfast: we offer a sweet deal at Nata Lisboa, the menu is € 2. 5 / per person (ask us in advance for the voucher).
• Luggage: we can help you store it for € 3 per piece.
• Cleaning service: extra cleaning service including towels and linens change is € 15, from 9am to 5pm.
• Airport shuttle: available for € 25 per trip.
