Located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator, this apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, a modern kitchen fully equipped with basic utensils and appliances so that you can cook your own meals.

The living/dining room has a sofa bed, television, cable TV, wifi, dining table, air conditioning and access to a carefully furnished balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

The generous balcony offers a sofa with a side table and a dining table.

Stays longer than 25 nights, water and electricity expenses are not included and the guest must proceed with payment on the day of check-out.

*According to the municipal regulation, each guest must pay a tourist tax of two euros between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The tourist tax amount is not included in the reservation value. This payment will be made directly to the Albufeira Municipal Chamber via a link sent by email.
