The Space:

Studio: A comfortable space for restful relaxation, reflecting the simplicity and elegance of the city.



Strategic Location: A few steps from the "Faria Guimarães" Metro station and close to various tourist attractions such as the Crystal Palace Gardens and the Clérigos Tower, allowing you to easily explore what the city has to offer.



Guest Access:

Total privacy in the apartment, with exclusive access to all amenities.



The Neighborhood:

You have everything nearby, down the street just a few meters you will find mini markets, if you continue walking down you will find a supermarket.



There are coffee shops and bakeries in the area so you can have breakfast or a snack in the middle of the day.



RIght in front of the apartment, you will find trash bins.



It's not easy to park for free in the area since the parking spaces in the street you have to pay for every 2h. We don't recommend to park on the street right next to the building since the neighbors advise us not to (high chance to have your car towed or damaged since it's a street with access to other peoples garage).



Getting Around:

You can travel by metro, nearby just 15min walking you have the Lapa station and Trindade station.



To travel by bus we sugest for you to download on your cellphone the app Moovit, it's the best public transportation to travel in the city.

- Check-in and Check-out Procedure:



To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:



Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.



- Add-ons: Availability of extras such as a travel crib and access to the garage (if this option is available in the apartment, please check the amenities), upon request.



- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.



- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.



- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.



- We would like to inform you that we have a garage available at a cost of €19/day. If you wish to use the garage (if there is space available), you may do so by making this extra payment.
