In the heart of Cadiz, this small building on three floors, where currently, on the ground floor, lives a friendly family of fishermen from the neighbourhood of La Viña. While the apartment on the second floor is owned by a couple from Belgium as a second residence. The house, located on the first floor, is a comfortable, bright and practical house, equipped with everything necessary. You have use of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for the beach. You will also find in the apartment a wonderful collection of original drawings by Arturo Redondo.
Although it is located in the lively neighbourhood of Cádiz, the house is quiet, cool in summer and well equipped for the winter months.
