The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for up to 6 people. You will find 2 double beds and 2 single beds, as well as wardrobes and hangers to store your belongings. The bathrooms are equipped with shower or bathtub, and towels and toilet paper are provided.



Ground floor: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a 180x190 bed and another with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are spacious.



First floor: 1 bedroom with 180x200 bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as kitchen utensils and crockery. You can enjoy your meals in the dining room or outside, in the barbecue area. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as free WiFi. In addition, it has a private pool of 3.7 x 8.7 meters with views of the garden. The plot, of 915 m2, is fenced and offers a quiet and relaxing environment.



The location is ideal, just 450 meters from the sandy beaches of Cala Bot and Pescador, and close to supermarkets, golf courses and other points of interest. Barcelona airport is 120 km away, while Reus airport is 30 km away.



The house is located near some charming coves where there are no urban areas full of people and which, therefore, is a perfect place for those seeking to relax and, moreover, is preserved in its natural state, something very beautiful to see. The coves of Miami Playa stand out for their relaxing atmosphere and for an environment surrounded by rocky areas full of green pines, palm trees and plants. The surroundings are beautiful and the water is clean and crystal clear. Its rich marine bottom opens deep near the shore, so you can enjoy swimming and snorkelling. They can also enjoy the famous beach - Playa Cristal, which is about in 15 minutes walking distance. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, the beach has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.
