The peaceful Mas Santa Caterina is located on the border between Alt and Baix Empordà. The complex is made up of two houses, the Farmhouse and the Barn. The complex comprises a large garden with a small shared swimming pool. Both the Farmhouse and the Barn have their own terrace in the garden. The complex is located in the small neighbourhood of Sobrestany, with only 22 houses, and offers absolute peace and quiet in a rural and natural environment.
The Barn has a double bedroom and a room with bunk beds. On the mezzanine overlooking the large living room there is space for an extra bed. The living room opens directly onto the large terrace between the house and the garden.
Sobrestany is the ideal place for nature lovers and families who value the security of a rural environment with hardly any cars. From here you can explore the dirt tracks that wind through the Montgrí massif, either on foot or by bicycle. For those who love the coast, the beaches of Empúries are about 15 minutes away by car, and there are even dirt tracks that lead to the hidden coves behind the mountains.
