Security deposit € 300, (pre-authorization or by providing a credit card) at check-in, refundable in the event of no damage.

For its great location you can easily walk to any strategic and interesting point of the city: Shopping, Part Veja, (known for its famous cuisine both pintxos and restaurants), theaters, museums, harbor, beaches, rivers, gardens, parks etc.
the use of car to get around the city is not necessary.
The area is surrounded by all kinds of trade, food, fashion, etc.
It has good connections with all kinds of transportation.
Next to the apartment station Euskotren Amara is, with for taxis, from which you can go both Bilbao and France and a ten minute walk, the North Station and the new bus terminal Atotxa.

There are many bus lines nearby to access any area of the city.
Very close also to the sports center, velodrome Anoeta, and the football stadium where multiple sporting events and cultural both are made.
