The Space:
The villa consists of an entrance with private car parking for about 4 cars.
On the ground floor you’ll find the large living room with sofa and TV. Separate dining area, the kitchen and one bathroom. Direct access to the courtyard where you can enjoy the swimming pool. Exterior dining table and separate exterior lounge area to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Barbecue facilities and Special Pizza Oven are set in the corner of the courtyard.

On the second floor you can find 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

3. room with double bed and view to the entrance
4. room with 2 individual beds and direct access to the terrace
5. room with 4 individual beds and access to the second terrace.

CITY TAX NOT INCLUDED:
Since 2012, local Catalan administrations orders that every tourist aged 16 and over are required to pay a small fee to stay in a hotel or rent an apartment in any area of Catalonia. This tax only applies to the first 7 nights of the stay.
Tax is € 1 per person, per night for houses in Lloret de Mar.
The hosts are responsible for collecting this payment upon arrival, so please make sure to have this money prepared for your check in.

IDs and PASSPORTS are OBLIGATORY:
National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalonian Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
