The apartment is located in the center of Santa Cruz a minute walk from the Ramblas, and a few minutes from the other sites of interest in the capital. It has been renovated in its entirety, preserving the original character of this magnificent apartment. It is spacious, bright and perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy a large space, as it consists of four bedrooms.
The apartment has a living-dining room with a large chaise longue, a dining table where you can enjoy family meals, and we also have a 43-inch smart TV with Netflix. The master bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm, visco-elastic mattress, a large wardrobe and a balcony where you can have breakfast. The second room has two beds, a desk, a wardrobe and a balcony. We continue along the wide corridor and we find a second living room with a sofa bed. The third room also has two beds and the last room has a single bed with a television. In front of these two rooms we have a large bathroom with everything you need (hairdryer, medicine cabinet, shampoo, amenities, ..) and a large shower tray. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils, there is also a very spacious pantry and a large table of six people. We also have a toilet when leaving the kitchen.
In the neighborhood you have a bus stop at the rambla one minute from the apartment, you can take the bus to Las Teresitas, go to the port, Anaga Avenue, or the Santa Cruz de Tenerife terminal where you can go anywhere. the island . At eight minutes walking you also have a tram stop that will take you to La Laguna. Parking is free on the street, there are also several private parking near the accommodation.
