The rural house of Can Girmas dates from 1843 and has been completely renovated in 2018 by the ES-PAI architecture studio, to convert it into tourist accommodation. In the rehabilitation the typological elements of the traditional construction were conserved at the same time that it was endowed with light and illumination, utility natural materials and respectful with the environment. Providing spaces of warmth and light without losing the traditional character.
The house is located in the middle of Navata, village of Alt Empordà that has about a thousand inhabitants and is a few minutes from the capital, Figueres. A privileged place halfway between the beaches and coves of the Costa Brava and the mountains of La Garrotxa. The house is ideal for families who want to spend a few days discovering the region and want to enjoy the tranquility of the town.
The rural house of Can Girmas has 4 floors with capacity for 4/6 people: ground floor and 3 floors. On the first floor we find the kitchen-dining room equipped with sofa, television, equipped kitchen and service. On the first floor there is a double room with bathroom. On the second floor another room with two single beds and bathroom. On the third floor there is a storage room, a small room and the exit on the roof.
