Wonderful apartment in the first line in Son Serra de Marina, comprising 2 double bedrooms + a third room converted into a studio, perfect if you need to work from home. A full bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet with an external shower, living room with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and satellite. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, and all kinds of utensils. 
The main terrace of 25 m2 is covered, offers spectacular sea views, and is equipped with a sofa, a table and chairs, and sliding windows. Another front terrace of 10 m2 is furnished with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers. A barbecue with volcanic stones guarantees wonderful evening BBQs. On a lower terrace, you find a shower. In the basement, you find 2 bikes to enjoy a ride along the coastline. Also, it's perfect to keep your luggage or your bikes. Free WIFI Internet access throughout the apartment.

House's rules
Electricity consumption and tourist tax are not included and we will ask you to leave a deposit of €100. We will note the electric meter upon arrival and departure and calculate the consumption that will be deducted from the deposit. The rest will be returned by bank transfer in a maximum of 7 business days.

The Parliament of the Balearic Islands approved law 2/2016, of March 30, which creates a tax on tourist stays in the Balearic Islands. Since July 2016, a tourist tax has been charged in the Balearic Islands, as has been done in other destinations in Europe. In the Balearic Islands, it is known as ecotax or tourist tax, tourists must pay and, as a general rule, the money is used to finance tourist infrastructure. For tourist vacation homes, a rate of €2.20/day from May to October and €0.55/day from November to April applies, for people over 16 years of age. This payment is mandatory and will be collected on-site upon arrival.
