The Casita del Medio is part of the old remodelled farmhouse with its sturdy walls and arched window typical of the region.

Access to this house is through the courtyard that would have formed the heart of the original farmhouse (and connects with the Estudio del Madroño and the Casa del Monte). Lushly planted with jasmine and shaded by vines it is a charming spot for a drink beneath the stars.
The galley kitchen is accessed straight off the courtyard so you need to be prepared for some indoor-outdoor living when you stay here. The living room (which connects to the Estudio del Madroño when renting both houses together) is great for snuggling up in with a wood burning stove and original coloured tiles. This leads to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom both of which are flooded with light.
