Newly refurbished villa, brand new, in the most exclusive area of ​​Pollensa, called Ternelles, which is accessed from the center of Pollensa by the beautiful road through the Torrent de Sant Jordi, just 10 minutes walk. The villa will be released in the 2019 season, after a laborious restoration work, with a totally contemporary-minimalist spirit.
