The living-dining room, with an individual sofa bed, has access to a balcony with views of the communal swimming pool that will lead you through some stairs to the solarium terrace with barbecue.

You can also enjoy the facilities of Residencial Alborada, a textile residential complex with elevator, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 meters away you will find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.

Come to Vera Playa, where you can also visit neighboring towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.
