Wonderful high quality duplex located in a second row facing the sea in Puerto Pollença. There are two community pools, one large and one small, to share with the other ten apartments in the building. Beautiful and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool. This duplex is located on the ground floor. With very careful details, it has an entrance hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large dining room open to a terrace next to the pools. The first floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Located in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but only a ten minute walk from the center.
