It has two rooms located on the second floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, all prepared with clean sheets. On the same floor, you will find the complete bathroom, equipped with clean towels ready for use.

On the first floor of this beautiful apartment with a communal pool, you will find the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need to prepare your own meals: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. The living room is nicely decorated, has a TV and a double sofa-bed in which two more people can sleep. The apartment has a communal terrace and pool, plus a private balcony.

To ensure maximum comfort throughout the year, the apartment also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and parking spaces on request.

This apartment can be rented for days, weeks or even months. It is the ideal accommodation for groups of families or friends who come to Barcelona for vacations, business, university studies, medical stays and more. Any reason is good to stay in this magnificent apartment.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
