The House offers wonderful views of the sea and the mountains, has all the amenities for an unforgettable vacation in one of the most charming areas of the Island of Palma.
It is located just below the main avenue, just 100 meters from the Health Center and just 500 meters from the City Hall. It consists of 2 independent rooms, living room with sofa, dining room, American style kitchen with gas microwave, refrigerator, utensils and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Outside you have a private pool overlooking the sea and the mountains, where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets inside the jacuzzi, gardens with fruit trees, private garage for two cars, barbecue and independent picnic area.
