There are two community pools, one large and one small, to be shared between the eight apartments located in the building. Beautiful and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool. This penthouse is located on the second floor, which can be reached using stairs or an elevator. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail, it has a large living and dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, and a kitchen open to a terrace overlooking the sea with a wonderful surprise. Some stairs lead to the incredible attic terrace. Very large and with stunning views of the sea and the entire bay, it is equipped with a dining area, hammocks and a wonderful jacuzzi from where you can see the sea. Located in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but only a ten minute walk from the center.
