It has a habitable surface of 185 m². Cosy interior with fireplace in the living room with TV with satellite channels and WiFi. Connected to a spacious dining room. Fully equipped kitchen.

In total there are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor, the rest upstairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The beautiful estate has a 5x10 metre swimming pool so they can cool off on hot summer days, a barbecue and a wonderful landscaped and well-maintained outdoor area.



IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
