Welcome to Son Fum, an elegant villa that blends the charm of Mallorcan rustic style with the sophistication and comfort of modern design. Strategically located in a natural and private environment in the picturesque town of Muro, Mallorca, this property offers a unique experience for those seeking tranquillity and serenity on the island.



An idyllic tree-lined path guides visitors towards the house, which is surrounded by a lush garden dotted with vegetation and outdoor living and dining areas, perfect for enjoying cool moments in good company.



Delving into the interior, we discover a spacious living room where the fusion of modern design and rustic charm creates a cosy atmosphere. Equipped with luxurious leather sofas, satellite television and wide windows that flood the space with natural light, this living room also features an elegant dining area. The kitchen, fully equipped with gas hobs, oven and all necessary utensils, is another highlight of the home, along with a second space dedicated to meals.



The property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in its three double rooms, two of which have twin beds and a third with a spacious double bed. The two modern bathrooms with shower and toilets complete the interior amenities.

Important note about electricity consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

A charge of 0.30 Eur/kwh for electricity consumption will be applied, to be paid at the end of the stay.



All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

A refundable deposit is charged.

Parties are not allowed.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
