Beautiful recently renovated apartment with modern decoration. The apartment is located on the first line of Levante Beach, next to the historic center of Benidorm. Surrounded by all the services and leisure that the city offers throughout the year.



The apartment has a south-facing orientation to the beach and is sunny throughout the day. It has modern and cosy equipment, perfect for enjoying comfortable family holidays.



It has two bedrooms with single beds and a double bedroom with sea views, two bathrooms with shower, a spacious living-dining room with Nordic-style decoration with panoramic views over Benidorm bay -equipped with comfortable sofas, panoramic television and reading space- and a modern fully equipped kitchen that connects to a gallery/storage room.

Air Conditioning and heating are paid (3€ per hour)

The apartment has a numbered parking space.



Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
