The beautiful villa with private pool is located 300 meters above sea level in a beautiful complex overlooking the golf course, the sea and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



Upstairs is 1 double bedroom with satellite TV and 1 bathroom with hydromassage bath. The ground floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with queen size bed (130cm x 200cm) and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The house is well equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, iron, ironing board, cot, high chair, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), unlimited internet access (WiFi) and satellite TV.



The outdoor area



The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax in the sun with a rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a sofa and a pool deck. Outside there is a dining area, sun loungers, parasol, garden, parking, private pool (5 m x 3 m) and electric pool heating (fee)

The house is located in a beautiful complex on the golf course Salobre Golf. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills in the sun. Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
