The state-of-the-art kitchen is characterised by having everything necessary for cooking such as oven, ceramic hob, water boiler, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer.

On the ground floor of the house there are also two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, mosquito nets and one of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower which can also be accessed from the corridor.

On the upper floor we find the third bedroom also with air conditioning, mosquito nets and opposite it is the bathroom with shower.

The house has a large parking area with capacity for 2/3 cars.

The distance to the nearest sandy beach is 1.5km, supermarket 200 metres away as well as restaurants.
