Newly renovated 3 bedroom house in Mas Pinell, Torroella de Montgrí (Costa Brava), a few meters from the beach.

The house has a spacious living-dining room (with fireplace), independent and fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. The main room has its own bathroom.

The house has a large private garden, ideal for lunch and dinner in summer. It is located in a private community with community garden, two swimming pools (one large and one small for children) and a large area for children's games.

The beach of La Fonollera is just 100 meters away, a quiet and familiar beach, even in summer. There is also the Gola del Ter, the mouth of the river Ter, and the river Daró, a beautiful, virgin and natural area ideal for the little ones of the house.

Nearby we can visit the most beautiful villages of the Costa Brava -Pals, Begur, Calella de Palafrugell, Peratallada, Monells ...-, and enjoy l'Empordà in all its fullness.

Mas Pinell is located in the Natural Park of Montgrí, near the Medes Islands. It is a very quiet area close to all services and where to enjoy the most of the summer.

In Mas Pinell you can find that and much more, always in a quiet area, and especially family, where you can play sports, relax and enjoy the good weather. To do this, it is necessary to have your own vehicle, since the house is located six kilometers from the urban center, Torroella de Montgrí, a pretty village, typical of the area, where you can find all the services.

We are also six kilometers from the beautiful town of Pals and very close to Peratallada, L'Estartit and Begur.
