It has 2 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 5 people. The ground floor has a large space for kitchen, dining room and living room, a small courtyard and a full bathroom. On the upper floor, the main bedroom has a double bed, while the second large bedroom has a partition for a smaller double bed and a single bed. On this floor there is another full bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with TV, internet (wi-fi), sound bar and central heating. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle and juicer, iron and ironing board. Casa Rosa is located in a charming neighbourhood in the old town of L'Escala, 250 m from the beach, a former fishing port now surrounded by good restaurants, bars and cafés. The renovation of this house was one of the works selected by the jury of the Girona Architecture Awards in 2019. NO PETS OR YOUTH GROUPS ALLOWED.
