Fantastic, modern and very well equipped villa, entirely renovated in 2018 and situated on a totally fenced private plot with a large swimming pool of 10 x 5 m. From the villa, walk 30 m on a footpath (no road to cross) and enjoy the natural sandy beach, awarded with the EU Blue Flag. This fantastic non-smoking villa is just perfect for 8-9 persons. Formerly called Bruno.All on the ground floor, the living part with its spacious lounge and wood burner and the dining area with its open kitchen profit from large windows that can be opened completely in summer and in such giving these rooms a very airy & light atmosphere. The villa has 4 bedrooms (1 double room with sea views, 2 double bedrooms with each 2 singles beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed for 3 persons as well as an office desk), 3 bathrooms with shower (2 of them en-suite) and 1 toilet. A covered terrace with pretty external furniture is situated just in front of the swimming pool and connects directly into the lounge. In addition there is also another smaller terrace that has sea views, just outsinde the dining area, with table and chairs. The totally fenced plot, the 10 x 5 m swimming pool, the terraces around the houses, all this offers lots of space to relax and chill-out. Behind the house is gas BBQ with a corner to dine and also a corner for children to play & dine. An external shower, separated external toilet, separated utility area with the washing machine and tumble dryer, large private parking space for several cars and 2 adult bikes, all these specifications makes this holiday home just a fantastic place to be. The house is entirely furnished and equipped with the necessary items to have a relaxing holiday, dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge & deep freezer, terrace furniture and sun beds, BBQ, wood burner, mosquito blinds, electric shutters, jpanese stores, hot & cold air-conditioning in all rooms as well as in the lounge, internet wifi, UHD tv with channels over the world via IPTV and Bose radio receiver.
The house has surveillance cameras installed to monitor the entrance gate and the swimming pool, which cannot be switched off for security reasons.  
 
The villa is situated at the end of a calm street that gives direct access to a famous beach called Les Deveses. There is a little supermarket that opens during the summer months and various restaurants and bars are accessible by foot. The bus stop to Denia is just at the other end of the street. The center of Els Poblets is 5’ drive from the villa, here you will find a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy etc... Denia city is only 12 km away from the villa en is easily accessible by car within 15’. Denia and its environment offers an excellent infrastructure and a large choice of activities, a fantastic & modern marina, a fishing port, a beautiful historic center and a wide choice of good restaurants. The diversity along the 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sports activities, quiet areas, beach bars, bays in the nature reserve ideal for diving and snorkeling. Denia is located between Valencia and Alicante, both airports are about 1 hour by car. In 20 minutes to maximum 1 hour you can reach several other beautiful places at the coast, such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante to the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia to the north. An excursion into the country side is worthwhile too, here you will see orange groves, almond trees and picturesque villages between green hills and mountains. At only 5 and 15 km from the villa there are 2 renowned golf courses: Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf.
