HOW TO BOOK:

We recommend sending a booking request to our agency, as we manage several villas. By clicking on “Ask the property manager a question,” we can guide you to the villa best suited to your needs. You can then safely confirm your booking by selecting “Book Now.”

We recommend booking from Saturday to Saturday, with stays between 3 and 7 days. If you wish to book a stay that overlaps different weekdays, feel free to contact us to discuss rates and availability.

Set on a hillside with beautiful mountain views and a respectful, discreet neighborhood, this area is a true haven of tranquility.

We recommend having a car for more convenient and faster travel.

You can find supermarkets, fresh produce, restaurants, and bars in Sant Pere de Ribes (5 minutes by car from the villa).

The villa is only a 10-minute drive from the center and beaches of Sitges.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

The house is situated in a coastal and residential area. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all on one level, with 3 bedrooms accessed by 6 steps.

The property offers great privacy, a beautiful gravel garden with trees, and a large swimming pool. There are 8 sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a chill-out area for 8 people in the garden.

A large BBQ allows for outdoor meals, with an exterior dining table under a porch.

VILLA EXTERIOR:

The villa has a private pool (4x8 meters, 0.5 to 1.4 meters deep) in a lovely gravel and tree-filled garden with sun loungers.

There is also a children's play area with a swing, slide, and play space.

A barbecue area and outdoor dining table are also available, as well as an outdoor lounge area.

There are 3 private gated parking spaces available.

Two-story villa with living room equipped with air conditioning, TV, and electric fireplace. Dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV, and cable TV.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

LOW SEASON STAYS:

Enjoy short breaks outside the high season.

Thanks to Sitges' microclimate, temperatures usually range between 20–22°C at midday from November to March. With its southwest orientation and all-day sun exposure, the villa is perfect for 3, 4, or 5-day getaways during these months. Rates are very affordable during this period.

We offer monthly rates in low season (November to March) for stays from 1 to 5 months. Ask us for details!

2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2 hours): €100 + Final cleaning: €325

3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings (€100 each) + Final cleaning: €325

Tourist Tax:
