Air conditioning system (cold/warm). Two terraces (one south facing) with view over the swimming pools. Private covered parking.

Urbanization with beautiful decorations, nice gardens with a river that runs through, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. The kids will make friends quickly. The urbanization has two outdoor swimming pools, one with a small pool for small children and babies. There are three tennis/ paddle courts. Private covered parking.

Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
