This unique farmhouse is surrounded by a centuries-old oak forest and cultivated fields on a private property of more than 40 hectares. It has spectacular views from East to North. It is only a 5-minute drive from La Bisbal d´Empordá, capital of the Baix Empordá region.
There is a 16 meter long by 8 meter wide swimming pool surrounded by cypress trees.
The beaches of the Costa Brava are 20 minutes away by car from the great beach of Pals to small Mediterranean coves such as Tamariu and Aiguablava, Sa Tuna and Sa Riera, Calella and Llafranch, or the beach of Castell near the port of Palamós. To the north is the Bay of Roses from the port of Escala to Roses, where the Greco-Roman ruins of Empúries are located. In many of these beaches you can rent aquatic leisure equipment such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, kayaking ... Sant Pere Pescador is recognized worldwide for its conditions for KiteSurfing.
There are also many places recognized for their interesting seabed for diving enthusiasts and professionals (Illes Medes, La Escala).
There are 2 prestigious Golf Courses (Golf de Pals, Golf Emporda) 20 minutes away by car.
The medieval towns of Peratallada, Ullastret, Pals, Madremanya, Púbol are within a 15 km radius of the estate.
A 5-minute drive away is the 4-star Hotel Castell d´Empordá, with two restaurants and spectacular views.
It is also a special region for bicycle routes and there are multiple specialized rental and tour agencies.
