The urbanization has green areas and a seasonal swimming pool, which is open exclusively during the two summer months. In addition, it is located two minutes walk from the Cable beach, the largest in the city, and only ten minutes walk from the beautiful old town of Marbella. Nearby you will find all the services you may need during your vacations, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, banks and cab ranks and local buses. It is also close to the fishing port of La Bajadilla, where you will find the best fish and seafood restaurants in the area.

The garden and the swimming pool are accessible only and exclusively during the opening period of the swimming pool, during the months of July and August.

The accommodation offers a parking space, located on the -2 floor of the same building. It can be accessed with a remote control. The parking space is ample and convenient for parking.
