Friendly apartment for 4 persons in a very attractive, calm community area with large pools and well kept gardens, directly on the sandy beach. The apartment is located on the first floor and has amazing views of the beach and the sea. The apartment, on the first floor (with lift), offers an open plan living-/dining area with a fully fitted american kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (each of them with 2 single beds), a bath room, a sep. toilet and a roofed terrace with fantastic views of the sea. The holiday home is completely furnished and equipped with washing machine, sat-TV (Astra), wifi internet, central air conditioning hot/cold, microwave, oven, etc. The apartment is ideal for 4 persons but has 2 additional beds for 2 more persons (on request). The very attractive community Cala d'Or has a direct access to the most beautiful Els Molins sandy beach and offers huge gardens with sun shades, large pool, children's playground and a large parking area. Besides there is a private parking space in the subterranean garage at your disposal. Calm location at only a few steps from the sandy beach, just next to diverse restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The nearest restaurant is on the seafront at just 5 metres from the community area. The city of Denia can be reached by car of bus within 10 minutes easily (5 km). The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour.
