Beautiful typical Mallorcan house at the hill of the Serra de Tramuntana, a World Heritage Place by Unesco.
It's a wide and clear construction, equipped for 8 people, which is distributed in 350 m2 in 2 heights and is composed of 4 double bedrooms distributed as follows:
Upper floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed 180x190 + cot with private terrace
Bedroom 2: Double Bed 180x190 + crib
Fisrt Floor
Bedroom 4: 2 Single Bed 90x190
Bedroom 3: 2 Single Bed 90x190 The dining room is decorated in Majorcan style and has a sofa and table and chairs for 12 people.
For your entertainment it has Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and an auxiliary kitchen table. In addition, this property has 2 bathrooms with bathtub and one with shower, and outside also has a toilet and pool shower.
Outside we find large garden areas and 10x8 pool, delimited in 2 areas, one ideal for small children and also a pool area. It also has a terrace, porch and barbecue area with terrace furniture.
In the vicinity you can find a supermarket about 250 meters away. The bar / restaurant is about 100 meters away and the nearest pharmacy is about 500 meters away.

Official check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 40 € /night.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book
