Large villa with swimming pool in the northern area of Mallorca.



Located between Muro and Can Picafort, just 3 km from the beach.



Capacity for 10 people.



Spacious dining room. Fully equipped kitchen that connects to another living room with a fireplace.

There are a total of 6 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other four with two single beds. There are four bathrooms, one with a shower and the others with bathtubs.



Spectacular outdoor area. Large pool with waterfall, sun loungers, several rest areas, barbecue, children's play area and beach volleyball court.



IMPORTANT:

All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment

Important note about electricity consumption: Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption (0.30 Eur/kW).

Optional heating at 15 Eur per day

Option to fence the pool 150 Eur.

A refundable deposit is charged.

Parties are not allowed.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
