Goertz & Partner presents this south-facing apartment with lovely sea views, located in the “Gran Reserva” residential complex. Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer a wide range of activities, making it ideal for family holidays. The complex features interior walkways, landscaped gardens with plants and flowers, and grassy pool areas (pool access is sold by the community and is not included in the rental).
Upon entering the apartment, you will find two bedrooms on the right: one with bunk beds, a sofa bed and access to a utility area, and another with two 90 cm single beds and a small balcony. In the hallway leading to the dining area there is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.The dining room includes an open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and coffee maker. From here you can access the third bedroom with a 160 cm bed and direct access to the sea-facing terrace, as well as a second bathroom with shower. The dining area also opens onto a pleasant terrace with particularly beautiful sea views.
Bed linen and towels are not included (available for rental at €25 per person).
