The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



This stylish 2-bedroom villa offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday in the Canary Islands. Upstairs there is 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The kitchen is perfectly equipped with induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. For entertainment, guests have unlimited Internet access (WIFI), satellite TV, a DVD player and a music system.



The outdoor area



Outside, it is nice to relax overlooking the golf course. The outdoor area has a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, barbecue area, garden and private pool with solar pool heating and electric pool heating (surcharge).

The house is located in a beautiful complex on the golf course Salobre Golf. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills in the sun. Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
