About This Property
Beautiful villa with bright interior and large garden, private pool with solar heating and great views of the golf course. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.
The house
The villa is bright and modern. Upstairs is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and satellite TV, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.
The house is well equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, safe, air conditioning (hot / cold), internet (WIFI), satellite TV, DVD player, music system and connection for iPod.
The outdoor area
In the spacious outdoor area, it is easy to relax: either on the sofas of the covered terrace or in the sun loungers by the pool. Outside there is a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, barbecue, garden, parking and private pool (5.5 mx 3.5 m) with solar pool heating (ideal bathing temperatures can not be guaranteed).

The house is located in a beautiful complex on the golf course Salobre Golf. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills in the sun. Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
