** This apartment could be rented for long or medium stays.
It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. *

This cozy apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom is located very close to the Retiro Park, on Casado del Alisal Street.

Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor that leads directly to the living room. It is a spacious and bright room with a large window that overlooks the street. The living room has a double sofa-bed (135 x 190 cm), two armchairs, side table and television. We also find a dining table with chairs for 4 people. The kitchen, open to the living room, has everything you need for day to day.

From the corridor we access the bedroom, with a 150 x 190 cm double bed, and the full bathroom with shower.

*The building has a doorman between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
