Opposite the Urumea river and the same distance from La Concha beach as it is from Zurriola Beach, it is an ideal location for those who want to be close to everything on their visit to San Sebastian. The Old Town, the cathedral and the shopping area are also just a few steps from the apartment.

La Dolce Vita apartment is distributed over two floors and has a total usable surface of 140 m2, as well as a spectacular terrace of almost 100 m2, which has large parasols, two different areas and spectacular views.

In addition to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main floor of La Dolce Vita also has a large living space. The latter has a modern open kitchen fitted out with modern electrical appliances by the best brands, as well as a little separate laundry room; next to the kitchen there is the dining area and the beautiful living room, which provides access to the terrace.

Next to the kitchen there is a staircase leading to the ground floor of the apartment. The second living space is on this floor. This a very spacious beautiful space, that is also fitted out with a third complete bathroom.

Just like all the FeelFree apartments, La Dolce Vita has a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, Smart TV and the option of garage rental in a car park very nearby.
