Space for Relaxation

Casa Sur extends over two floors and has two bedrooms:

Upper floor: Bedroom with double bed, safe, terrace with views and full bathroom with hairdryer, magnifying mirror and high-quality amenities (gel/shampoo and moisturiser dispensers). Additionally, there is an additional terrace with views of the sea and volcanoes.

Ground floor: Bedroom with two single beds, access to the terrace and a second bathroom with the same amenities.

The living room includes a 46" SAT Smart TV, sofa bed and kitchen-dining area, with direct access to the heated saltwater pool and spacious garden with barbecue area and solarium furnished with sun loungers and terrace furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare everything from a quick coffee to a gourmet meal. Among the highlighted amenities:

Location

Casa Sur is located in the centre of the island, with excellent connectivity to attractions such as La Geria, Timanfaya National Park, Famara and commercial areas, all just 10 minutes by car. The area is peaceful, with mostly long-term residents, which allows for combining rest and exploration.



Self-Catering

As a self-catering accommodation, once the initial supplies are used, they will not be replenished during the stay. For hygiene and safety reasons, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, or cleaning products are not provided, although basic tools are available (broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket).



Additional Guest Policy

The indicated rate covers up to 2 guests. Any additional guest over 3 years old will incur an additional nightly charge and must be included in the booking.

The accommodation has air conditioning.



Check-in Process

Once you confirm your booking, you will be asked to complete a mandatory online check-in through our app, which also serves as a digital guide during your stay. Through the app, you will receive local recommendations, useful information about the house and the area, and a personal access code for the electronic lock (physical keys are not used).

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM. For different times, you can contact us in advance to check availability and possible additional fees.



Car Hire

We strongly recommend hiring a car to explore Lanzarote at your own pace. We collaborate with a trusted local company that offers comprehensive insurance, no deposit, free cancellation and a second driver included, adapting the offer according to your arrival and departure times.
