It is an apartment of 50 m2 with capacity for 4 people, ideal for families or groups of friends within a villa located in one of the most prestigious private urbanizations of Malaga.

Next to the entrance door to the apartment there is a terrace for private use for the guests of this apartment and then solarium area with pool and barbecue whose use is available only for the guests of the apartment and the guests of the adjoining studio apartment.

Inside the apartment we find a room with a double bed. The apartment has two very comfortable sofa beds, dining area, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

The views from the terrace of the apartment overlook the mountain, golf course and the sea which is absolutely fabulous, having an ideal atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner enjoying the wonderful views and the tranquility of the area. The pool is kept open and available to guests throughout the year.

There is a free parking area next to the house, so parking is not a problem in the area.

The nearest beach is about 300 meters from the apartment and next to it we can find different types of restaurants, there are also supermarkets nearby.

To get to the city center it takes about 10-15 minutes by car or bus, there are two bus lines of public transport that are more or less close to the apartment as well as a taxi stop.
