The villa offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom as well as a spacious dressing room. The other two bedrooms have single beds (trundle beds). In the lounge room there is a double sofa bed and a dining area. The kitchen is separated from the rest of the rooms and has all utensils, washing machine, microwave, etc.



The swimming pool is open all year round, but it is not heated. The outside area has a garden with furniture: table, sun loungers, etc.



This accommodation accepts pets, on request and upon payment of a supplement.



Located less than ten minutes drive from La Barrosa, the village of Sancti Petri and the market hall of Chiclana. Very close to the villa you will find a shopping centre, pharmacy, shops and bars, all of it within walking distance. .
